Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to drive sustainable growth and profitability across the Asian region.
- Lead and mentor the regional finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and operational excellence.
- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure business stability.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and board members, providing actionable insights for expansion and investment opportunities.
- Ensure stringent compliance with regional regulatory requirements, tax laws, and international accounting standards.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banking partners, and regional stakeholders to optimize capital structure.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the finance function to increase efficiency and automation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or an MBA from a top-tier institution.
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or service sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in regional oversight, managing multi-currency environments, and cross-border operations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and BI tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in local regional languages is a distinct advantage.
