Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support cross-border growth and long-term organizational objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes to ensure fiscal discipline.
- Oversee all financial operations, including statutory reporting, tax compliance, and treasury management.
- Provide strategic insights to the executive team, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banking institutions, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee mergers, acquisitions, and investment appraisals to support enterprise scaling efforts.
- Mentor and lead the finance department to foster a culture of accuracy, transparency, and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a CFO or Senior Finance Manager role.
- Proven track record in managing cross-border financial operations and multi-entity consolidations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analytics, and ERP systems implementation.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial regulations, taxation laws, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to influence at the Board level.
- Strategic mindset with an aptitude for identifying growth levers and cost-optimization opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
