Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and long-term business plans aligned with company goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) to drive business performance.
- Manage external reporting requirements and ensure accurate, timely financial disclosures.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting standards (MFRS), regulatory bodies, and internal controls.
- Lead the treasury function, including cash flow management, banking relations, and capital structure optimization.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Supervise the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership (CFO/Finance Director) role.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and corporate governance.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, risk management, and M&A transactions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
