- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals and growth plans.
- Lead the finance department, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Manage capital allocation and investment decisions to maximize ROI and support strategic initiatives.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencies across the production lines.
- Present accurate, timely, and insightful financial performance reports to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team to support organizational objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CA is essential.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CFO/Finance Director).
- Proven track record of success in the food manufacturing, production, or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial planning software.
