Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives and F&B industry trends
- Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Oversee cash flow management, financial controls, and risk assessment
- Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and business expansion
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business decisions and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in F&B or retail sector
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, financial reporting, and audit requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and business development
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proven track record of driving financial growth and operational efficiency
