Utomodeck Metal Works is a leading player in the metal manufacturing industry, and we are currently seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our factory operations in Pasuruan. As the General Manager, you will be the strategic heartbeat of our production facility, responsible for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing processes, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in heavy industry or metal works management. You will be tasked with optimizing production efficiency, managing large-scale budgets, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across all departments. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct overall factory operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to increase output efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, including production supervisors, engineering leads, and maintenance staff.
- Oversee P&L management, budget allocation, and capital expenditure planning for the facility.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, safety standards (K3), and environmental regulations.
- Foster a culture of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement to eliminate waste and optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and material availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in metal works or heavy industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven expertise in managing factory P&L and operational budgeting.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large workforces in a unionized or complex labor environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to be based in Pasuruan, East Java.
