Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all daily operations for the Malaysia branch, ensuring strict alignment with the company's strategic vision.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market share expansion.
- Monitor and optimize financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing cross-functional management team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Forge strong relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, and clients to enhance brand reputation.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate governance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with a strong background in general management.
- Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth, scaling operations, and managing large-scale business units.
- Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at the executive level.
