- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand Pet Afterlife Solutions market presence
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in service delivery, sales, and client relations
- Oversee operational excellence including service protocols, inventory management, and compliance
- Drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives and customer retention programs
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and P&L oversight
- Implement quality assurance systems to maintain industry-leading service standards
- Foster partnerships with veterinarians, shelters, and pet industry stakeholders
- Champion innovation in service offerings to address evolving client needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in senior management, preferably in pet care or service industries
- Proven track record in strategic planning and P&L management
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of pet bereavement services and industry regulations
- Expertise in client relationship management and service excellence
