Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director within a PLC environment.
- Strong background in M&A and capital markets.
- Excellent strategic leadership and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive business transformation and growth.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with investors and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards.
