Join Eight Property Indonesia as a Chief General Affairs Officer and lead our legal and administrative compliance initiatives. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of Indonesian regulations governing building permits, environmental compliance, and labor laws. You will be instrumental in developing robust compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements while supporting the company's growth objectives in the dynamic property sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee compliance with building permits, environmental regulations, and labor laws
- Develop and implement comprehensive administrative policies and procedures
- Manage regulatory relationships with government authorities and agencies
- Conduct legal risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Advise management on regulatory changes and compliance requirements
- Coordinate internal audits and compliance monitoring activities
- Handle contract reviews and legal documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years experience in legal/regulatory affairs
- Expertise in Indonesian building permit regulations
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and labor laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with regulatory government bodies
- Proficiency in legal documentation and contract management
