Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in talent management and organizational development in logistics/transportation
- Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory frameworks
