We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our banking division's marketing strategy and execution. As CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the competitive banking sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for banking products and services
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including website optimization, social media, and online advertising
- Manage brand positioning and marketing communications across all channels
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and ensure ROI optimization
- Collaborate with product development teams to create customer-centric banking solutions
- Manage and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services sector
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
