Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with the company’s long-term business goals.
- Lead and mentor the marketing department, fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Own the full lifecycle of brand development, ensuring consistent messaging across all digital and traditional platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
- Direct the digital marketing stack, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM initiatives.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost-efficient allocation of resources to maximize business impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Product teams to drive seamless customer journeys and revenue growth.
- Report performance KPIs to the Board and C-suite, providing actionable insights for strategic pivots.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (Director/VP/CMO level).
- Proven track record of scaling brands and driving revenue growth in the Indonesian market.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, performance analytics, and martech stack management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to build and scale high-performing, agile teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
