Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive brand awareness.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Drive market research, analyze consumer trends, and conduct competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage the entire marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable return on investment (ROI).
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, branding, public relations, advertising, and corporate communications.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure brand consistency and integrated market approaches.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market segments and opportunities to expand customer reach and market share.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on marketing effectiveness to the executive team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or CMO role, preferably within the retail or consumer products industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that have driven significant business growth.
  • Profound understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior within the Indonesian or Southeast Asian context.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to build, inspire, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in modern digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
