Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead, mentor, and optimize the marketing team's performance and capabilities
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign implementation
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and content strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging
- Measure and report on KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in marketing leadership with 2+ years in CMO/VP role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics tools
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and emerging marketing technologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or B2B marketing sectors preferred
