Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience in financial services
- Proven track record as Marketing Director or similar C-suite role
- Expertise in digital marketing analytics and financial product positioning
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance
- Excellent strategic planning and budget management capabilities
