Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire nursing operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and JCI standards
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff through performance management, training, and professional development
- Collaborate with medical directors and department heads to coordinate interdisciplinary patient care
- Manage nursing department budget, resources, and equipment allocation efficiently
- Drive patient safety initiatives and infection control protocols across all units
- Represent nursing leadership in hospital committees and strategic planning sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Current and valid PRC license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 8 years of progressive nursing experience with 3+ years in senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in nursing administration, staff management, and healthcare operations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations, DOH standards, and accreditation requirements
- Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
