Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all nursing operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care services
- Develop, implement, and monitor nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to foster professional growth and excellence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve outcomes
- Manage nursing budgets, resources, and departmental performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety protocols
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Valid nursing license with current registration in Malaysia
- Minimum 10 years nursing experience with 5+ years in leadership/management roles
- Proven track record in nursing operations, staff development, and budget management
- Strong expertise in healthcare regulations, JCI standards, and quality improvement methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in change management and implementing strategic healthcare initiatives
