Tanggung Jawab
- Lead safe and efficient offshore vessel operations in compliance with international maritime regulations
- Manage crew performance through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols and safety management systems
- Oversee vessel maintenance schedules and coordinate with technical teams for optimal performance
- Coordinate cargo operations and voyage planning for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards and industry best practices
- Liaise with port authorities, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations
Kualifikasi
- Certified Chief Officer or Master Mariner license with minimum 5 years offshore vessel experience
- Proven track record in crew management and leadership in maritime operations
- Strong knowledge of SOLAS, MARPOL, and other international maritime regulations
- Experience with offshore support vessels (OSV) including AHTS, PSV, or similar platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Advanced understanding of vessel stability, cargo operations, and emergency procedures
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
