- Oversee all operational aspects of the luxury automotive brand in the Philippines
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company goals
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including production, sales, marketing, and customer service
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement processes
- Drive innovation in automotive operations while maintaining quality standards
- Manage budget allocation and financial performance of operational divisions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in automotive operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in luxury automotive brand management
- Strong understanding of the Philippine automotive market
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
