Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years technology experience with 5+ years in CTO/CTO-level roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling tech teams and infrastructure
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps methodologies
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen
- Experience in agile development and project management
- Demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformation
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tech market dynamics
