PT Adinusa Puripratama is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Chief Tenant Relations (Chief Tenant Services) to lead customer service excellence and relationship management in one of Jakarta's premium, Grade-A commercial office buildings. Located in the heart of Jakarta Selatan, this strategic leadership role focuses on elevating tenant satisfaction, ensuring seamless daily operations, and fostering long-term occupant retention in a highly competitive real estate market.
As the Chief Tenant Relations, you will serve as the primary liaison between premium corporate tenants and building management. You will champion a hospitality-driven culture, address complex service requests, coordinate with facility management teams, and implement innovative service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and oversee the Tenant Relations team to deliver world-class service standards to premium commercial office tenants.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant escalations, resolving complex inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve tenant retention strategies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate closely with building operations, engineering, and security teams to ensure smooth tenant fit-outs, move-ins, move-outs, and daily building integration.
- Organize tenant engagement activities, community-building events, and regular surveys to measure, analyze, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly tenant relations reports, tracking service request resolution times, tenant feedback, and operational performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Tenant Relations, Guest Relations, or Customer Service management within Grade-A commercial buildings, luxury residential, or 5-star hospitality sectors.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of supervising customer-facing teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with native-level proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-centric mindset and high emotional intelligence.
- Familiarity with building management systems, property management software, and MS Office Suite.
