Our team is looking for a dynamic Leasing Executive to join our high-performing mall management division in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our tenant mix, driving occupancy rates, and supporting the Leasing Head of Department (HOD) in executing strategic business development activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Leasing HOD in implementing strategic business development and leasing plans.
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and monitor competitor performance.
- Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from lead generation and site viewing to contract negotiation and finalization.
- Maintain and update the tenant database, ensuring accurate records of lease agreements and expiries.
- Coordinate with internal departments including marketing, finance, and operations for seamless tenant onboarding.
- Prepare regular leasing reports, occupancy analysis, and revenue performance updates for management review.
- Resolve tenant queries and facilitate renewals to optimize rental income and reduce vacancy rates.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail leasing, shopping mall management, or commercial real estate.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian retail landscape and current market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and meet aggressive occupancy targets.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel within the Johor region as required.
