Are you a skilled technical professional looking to manage critical building infrastructure? Savills, a leading global real estate services provider, is currently seeking a dedicated Technician / A4 Chargeman to join our team in Putrajaya.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems, including Electrical, Mechanical (HVAC), Civil, and Building Management Systems (BMS). We are looking for a proactive individual who ensures smooth operations, safety compliance, and optimal facility performance for our clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and civil building systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure all works comply with local regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or Building Services.
- Proven experience as a Technician or Chargeman in a real estate or facility management setting.
- Strong knowledge of BMS (Building Management Systems) and HVAC operations.
- Valid trade test certificate (Level 3 or 4) is highly preferred.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
