Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of high-security data center facilities, including power, cooling, and fire safety systems.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of facilities engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local regulatory standards, industry safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and contract performance to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement capital improvement projects to enhance efficiency and asset value.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to address technical issues, respond to service requests, and optimize facility operations.
- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field in Facilities Management.
- Proven experience (5-8 years) in managing large-scale data centers or high-end commercial facilities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, electrical infrastructure, and emergency power systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, FMSP) are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
