Tanggung Jawab
- Provide accurate real-time Mandarin-English translation for executive meetings, emails, and business documents
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and communications between Chinese and English-speaking teams
- Prepare and translate reports, presentations, and operational materials for stakeholder review
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency
- Act as cultural liaison to bridge communication gaps between international teams
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive executive information
Kualifikasi
- Native or bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English with professional translation experience
- Proven background in administrative support or executive coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail with accuracy in written and verbal communications
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field preferred
- Experience in media or international business environment advantageous
