Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality verbal interpretation between English and Mandarin during meetings and technical discussions.
- Translate internal memos, technical documents, and operational reports accurately and timely.
- Facilitate effective communication during production briefings and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new hires requiring language support.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive corporate information.
- Support management in resolving communication gaps that may affect operational efficiency.
- Participate in periodic plant audits and client visits as the primary language liaison.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, or any related field.
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (Simplified/Traditional) and professional proficiency in English.
- Previous experience as an interpreter in a manufacturing or corporate setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical and industrial terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills with the ability to convey tone and intent accurately.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic translation software tools.
