Join Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp, a leading supply and leasing company in the heart of Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Chinese-Mandarin Accountant to manage our financial operations with precision and cultural expertise.
As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive accounting functions, ensuring compliance with Philippine accounting standards, and supporting our business operations with your bilingual capabilities. Your expertise in both Mandarin and English will be essential in communicating with our Chinese-speaking stakeholders and managing cross-border financial transactions.
In this role, you will handle everything from daily financial recording to complex tax computations, statutory reporting, and audit preparations. We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from ₱90,000 to ₱100,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic corporate environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records in compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards and regulations
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and statutory reports for submission to BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of payments and collections
- Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow management to maintain optimal liquidity
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
- Utilize Mandarin language skills for communication with Chinese-speaking partners, vendors, and headquarters
- Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred
- 5 to 10 years of proven accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting
- Fluency in both Mandarin (written and verbal) and English is essential for this role
- Working knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and complex data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
