Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor chip security protocols to protect proprietary hardware and data integrity.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and risk assessments across technical facilities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on hardware security awareness and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security features into new chip development lifecycles.
- Maintain detailed documentation of security breaches, incident reports, and safety compliance records.
- Monitor environmental hazards within the workspace and execute preventative safety measures.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware security, encryption, and HSE industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Security, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hardware security, semiconductor industry, or HSE management.
- Strong understanding of physical security, electronic security protocols, and safety compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential security vulnerabilities and safety risks.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and regulatory compliance software.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary technical team.
