Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the cinema and entertainment industry? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cinema Manager to oversee operations at a prestigious cinema chain located in the vibrant hub of Penang Island, Penang.
In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind the site's success. You will take full ownership of the cinema's financial health, ensuring revenue targets are met while optimizing operational costs. Your leadership will directly impact the customer experience, from box office to concessions, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable movie-going experience.
As a strategic leader, you will ensure strict adherence to corporate policies, regulatory compliance, and safety standards. You will manage sign-offs for all core processes, implement corporate strategies at the site level, and foster a high-performance culture among your team.

Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of the cinema's financial performance, including monitoring revenue, controlling expenses, and achieving profitability targets.
- Uphold and enforce operational standards across all areas, including ticketing, food & beverage, and screening quality.
- Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local statutory requirements.
- Manage strategic sign-offs and approvals for corporate processes, ensuring seamless execution at the site level.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and accountability.
- Oversee inventory management, including food supplies, merchandise, and cinema equipment.
- Conduct regular audits of the facility to maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment for guests and staff.
- Implement corporate marketing initiatives and local promotional campaigns to drive footfall and customer retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a management role within the retail, F&B, or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record in managing P&L, budgets, and financial metrics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large, diverse team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- High level of integrity and responsibility when handling cash and company assets.
- Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the cinema operating hours.
- Knowledge of cinema operations software (e.g., Vista, TAC) is a plus.
