Tanggung Jawab
- Produce high-quality cinematic videos for social media, website, and promotional campaigns
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards aligned with brand identity
- Execute video shoots with professional lighting, composition, and directing skills
- Edit and post-produce videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook)
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
- Analyze video performance metrics to refine content strategy
- Collaborate with stylists and clients to create authentic behind-the-scenes content
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a videographer/content creator (2+ years)
- Expertise in cinematography, lighting, and camera operation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
- Portfolio demonstrating cinematic video production skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of hair/beauty industry preferred
