Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor CIP systems to ensure equipment sanitation meets food safety standards
- Execute scheduled cleaning protocols for brewing tanks, pipelines, and processing machinery
- Conduct quality checks on cleaning solutions and process parameters
- Document cleaning operations and maintain accurate maintenance logs
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime during cleaning cycles
- Adhere strictly to GMP, HACCP, and company safety procedures
- Identify equipment issues and report maintenance requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in food processing
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in CIP operations or food manufacturing
- Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Basic technical knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment
- Ability to work in shifts and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid forklift operation certification preferred
