Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily administrative operations of municipal services and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate community engagement initiatives and public consultation forums
- Assist in developing and implementing urban development plans for Merawang
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with local government agencies to optimize service delivery
- Facilitate communication between residents and municipal authorities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in community development or local government
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS) and office software
- Knowledge of Bangka Belitung's local regulations and cultural context
