As a City Guide, you will be the face of our company, providing expert guidance to customers as they explore our wide range of products. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs and recommend the perfect solutions to meet their requirements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills while earning a competitive basic salary of up to $5,000 plus commission.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all customers
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Assist in store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness
- Participate in product training to stay updated on new features and promotions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all customers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude, energetic, and passionate about retail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Strong product knowledge and willingness to learn about new products
