You'll drive operational excellence by optimizing First Mile collection, Sorting Center efficiency, Middle Mile transportation, and Last Mile delivery within your assigned province. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily operations across First Mile, Sorting Center, Middle Mile, and Last Mile segments
- Manage and develop high-performing operations teams through training, performance monitoring, and mentorship
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase delivery success rates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, service level agreements (SLAs), and company policies
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (warehouse, transportation, customer service) for integrated operations
- Conduct regular site audits and implement corrective actions for operational excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in logistics operations with 2+ years in leadership/management role
- Strong expertise in last-mile delivery and multi-stage logistics operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to optimize complex workflows
- Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in remote/regional locations with adaptability to local conditions
