Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute construction activities to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors to align on project requirements
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Resolve on-site issues and make critical decisions to maintain project momentum
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) or construction management is a plus
