Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate on the planning, structural design, and analysis of major civil infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and tunnels.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in compliance with Japanese engineering standards.
- Perform structural calculations and feasibility studies using industry-standard engineering software.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor on-site construction progress, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and technical design guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt quickly to Japanese work culture and engineering practices through continuous learning and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a highly related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in civil engineering, preferably focusing on public infrastructure projects.
- Strong interest in relocating to Japan for a long-term career and a genuine enthusiasm for Japanese lifestyle and culture.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SAP2000, or similar design and analysis tools.
- Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher is highly advantageous; a strong willingness to learn Japanese is mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
