We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Construction Coordinator to join our dynamic remote team at BruntWork. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in 3D coordination and clash detection to drive the success of our digital construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that digital models are accurate, conflict-free, and ready for production, all while enjoying the flexibility of a permanent work-from-home arrangement.
As a Digital Construction Pro, you will act as the bridge between design and construction, utilizing cutting-edge BIM technology to identify potential issues before they become costly problems. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work with a global team in a fully remote environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead 3D coordination and clash detection efforts using Revit and BIM software to ensure model integrity.
- Manage the development, maintenance, and updating of digital construction models and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to identify and resolve design conflicts early in the process.
- Ensure all digital deliverables comply with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Generate accurate reports and visualizations to communicate model status and findings to stakeholders.
- Participate in virtual design reviews and technical meetings to support project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and advanced BIM software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri).
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, building systems, and architectural workflows.
- Proven experience in clash detection and 3D coordination within construction or engineering projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote, full-time capacity.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
