Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive and accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for composite cladding systems and related construction materials.
- Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and technical documents to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and the procurement team to ensure alignment on material requirements.
- Maintain and update a centralized database of material costs, labor rates, and vendor pricing.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings to clarify project scopes and technical requirements.
- Generate professional reports and bid proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all estimates are completed within strict deadlines to support the bidding cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Estimator or Take-off Specialist.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or AutoCAD.
- Exceptional ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Prior experience with facade systems or composite cladding is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
