AFRY is seeking a highly motivated Civil Engineer with specialized Project Scheduling expertise to join our dynamic team in Makati City. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Analyze critical path activities and resource allocation to optimize project timelines
- Conduct schedule simulations, variance analysis, and forecasting for project milestones
- Coordinate with engineering teams to integrate design changes into project timelines
- Prepare monthly progress reports and schedule performance dashboards for stakeholders
- Implement schedule risk management strategies and mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry scheduling standards
- Maintain accurate project documentation and change logs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling using Primavera P6
- Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and methodologies
- Certification in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software
- Experience with resource leveling and critical path method (CPM)
- Proficiency in MS Project and schedule visualization tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
