Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for construction and cost management? Lintech Duta Pratama is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our dynamic team in East Java. With 2-5 years of experience in the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial feasibility and accuracy of our infrastructure projects.
As a Civil Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and managing material procurement strategies. We offer a collaborative environment where your expertise in quantity surveying and budget planning will directly contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to calculate material quantities and costs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget proposals for new construction projects.
- Conduct site surveys and on-site assessments to verify quantities and conditions.
- Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to negotiate material prices and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project expenditures against the budget and report on cost variances.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of material costs and market rates.
- Ensure all estimates comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience as a Civil Estimator or Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Primavera P6, Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD).
- Deep understanding of construction materials, processes, and local market pricing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
