Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to calculate material quantities and labor requirements accurately.
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring all line items are accounted for.
- Develop and maintain bid packages in accordance with standardized company procedures and industry best practices.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle, tracking actual costs against estimates to identify variances.
- Utilize advanced budget tracking tools and databases to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor proposals to ensure they align with project budgets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve discrepancies and provide financial insights during project planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Civil Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar CAD applications.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, and market pricing trends in the Philippines.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting estimates to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
