Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze tender specifications, blueprints, and project requirements to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed civil construction cost proposals including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to validate technical specifications and cost assumptions.
- Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning for potential project variations.
- Prepare tender documentation and bid submissions ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Maintain historical cost data and market intelligence to refine estimation accuracy.
- Present cost analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and client leadership teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil estimation or quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in estimating software (CostX, WinEst, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and mathematical precision.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials pricing, and local regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and stakeholder presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience with risk assessment and contingency planning in construction projects.
