Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites
- Coordinate and manage construction crews and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
- Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance with specifications
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- At least 3 years of experience in civil construction supervision
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Civil Engineering or Construction Technology degree preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
- Valid PRC license (Civil Engineer) is an advantage
