Far East Industrial Supply & Co., Inc is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of workers, manage resources, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols throughout the excavation, concreting, masonry, and structural works phases.
As a Civil Foreman, you will act as the bridge between site management and the labor force. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including excavation, concreting, masonry, and structural works.
- Ensure all construction projects are executed according to blueprints, specifications, and quality standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA safety regulations and conducting regular site inspections.
- Manage and allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to prevent downtime and delays.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and requirements effectively to site supervisors and management.
- Train and mentor junior workers, ensuring they adhere to proper construction techniques and safety measures.
- Monitor material quality and manage inventory to prevent shortages or wastage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Foreman or supervisory role in the construction industry.
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a plus but not strictly required.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, tools, machinery, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
