Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections at all construction phases (pre-construction, during construction, and post-construction)
- Verify compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
- Document inspection findings through detailed reports with photographic evidence
- Monitor material quality, structural integrity, and workmanship standards
- Coordinate with contractors to resolve non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions
- Review construction plans and blueprints for regulatory alignment before execution
- Advise project teams on risk mitigation strategies and best practices
- Maintain inspection logs and regulatory documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction inspection or site supervision
- Certification in building inspection or safety management (e.g., SNI, ISO)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and construction regulations
- Proficiency in inspection software and documentation systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in diverse outdoor environments and physically demanding sites
