Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with main contractors and suppliers to synchronize project timelines and deliverables
- Oversee steel structure implementation ensuring compliance with design specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare and submit technical documentation including progress reports and compliance records
- Resolve engineering challenges through innovative technical solutions
- Manage project resources and budgets to optimize cost-efficiency
- Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to Singapore building codes
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and project milestone meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in steel structure project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore BC (Building Codes) and OHS regulations
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams
