Tanggung Jawab
- Provide on-site architectural oversight for civil/structural construction projects ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate between contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, and construction methodologies
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed compliance reports
- Implement quality control procedures for structural elements and architectural finishes
- Ensure adherence to Singaporean building codes, BCA regulations, and international standards
- Manage documentation including as-built drawings and project close-out reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience with 3+ years as Resident Architect/Engineer
- Professional registration with Singapore Board of Architects (BOA) or equivalent
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software
- Deep knowledge of Singaporean building codes and construction regulations
- Proven experience in large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Certification in project management (PMP) or construction safety (NEBOSH) preferred
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management across cultures
