As a Civil Supervisor, you will ensure that all construction activities are executed in accordance with blueprints, building codes, and regulatory standards. You will manage resources effectively, monitor progress, and resolve technical challenges on the ground. Tanggung Jawab
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that work is performed according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Team Management: Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and laborers to direct workflows and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of materials and workmanship to maintain high-quality output and identify potential defects early.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free working environment for all personnel.
- Project Scheduling: Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Material Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and site reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil construction supervision or project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse workforce.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Certifications: Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is a plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office applications.
