As a Claim Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for many policyholders, ensuring that claims are registered accurately and processed efficiently. Your organizational skills will be key as you maintain digital records and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve claims swiftly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle the end-to-end registration of new insurance claims and updates.
  • Assist in the initial assessment and documentation of personal lines and non-complex commercial claims.
  • Gather and verify necessary information from policyholders and third parties.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic filing systems for all claim files.
  • Communicate effectively with claimants to provide status updates and guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal adjusters and external vendors to facilitate claim resolution.
  • Provide general administrative support to the claims department to ensure smooth daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' Levels or higher; a Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance claims processing or administrative support is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of insurance concepts and terminology is a plus.
